This page contains information about our 2016 district convention which was held on the 9th and 10th of September, 2016 in Mount Wellington, Auckland, New Zealand.  The convention will be hosted by the Kiwanis Club of St. Heliers.

About the Venue and Accommodation:
The convention was held at The Waipuna Hotel and Conference Centre.
The Waipuna Hotel and Conference Centre is one of Auckland's largest and most comprehensive conference centres and hotel accommodation venue.  Primarily dedicated to staging conferences, meetings, exhibitions, product launches, seminars and special events.  The complex is just 15 minutes from both Auckland City and Auckland's International Airport.  Waipuna is set amongst 6.26 acres of parkland overlooking a picturesque saltwater lagoon.  All functions, meetings and assemblies were held in the Waipuna Hotel.

Registration Fees:
The full registration fee for all Kiwanis members or partners or guests is NZ$300.  An 'early-bird' full registration (before 30 June, 2016) was available for NZ$275.  The full registration included convention sessions, meals, Friday and Saturday evening functions.  Note that the full registration fee for partners did NOT include the partners program (which was an extra cost option).
 
Partial registrations were available for evening functions, the partners program and for business sessions only.  See the registration form for details.  Partial registrations use the same form as full registrations and must be received and paid for by the same deadline as full registrations.
 
Receipts will be issued once payment of the registration fee has been received.  If you have sent your registration but have not received your official receipt, please contact the convention secretary (details below) as something has gone wrong.
