About the Venue and Accommodation :
The convention was held at the Warwick - Le Lagon Resort Hotel, Elluk Road, Off Kumul Highway, Erakor Lagoon, Port Vila, Vanuatu.

 AM District Foundation Trust meeting (for Foundation trustees).
 AM 2017/2018 district board meeting (for 2017/2018 district officers - observers welcome).

 PM All members seated in the auditorium.
 PM Opening ceremony.

 PM Business Session 1.
•  Apologies.
•  Roll call of clubs.
•  Remembrance - candles, reading, minute of silence.
•  Adoption of the standing rules of convention procedure.
•  Appointment of a parliamentarian and announcement of committees on credentials and elections (scrutineers).
•  Announcement and introduction of candidates for office.
•  Announcement of motions and resolutions.
•  Call for notification of items of general business.
•  Approval of the minutes of the 2017 district convention.
 PM Workshop 1 :  Governor Pierre : Recruiting :  The Eye of the Tiger method with Megan and the New-Zealand Team
 PM 2016-2017 Governor's address.
 PM Kiwanis International / ASPAC Awards.
 PM Convention adjourns for the day.
 EVE Evening formal function.   Dress code 'Black and White'.
•  Recognition of the 2017-2018 team.
•  Dinner.
•  Griffen presentations.
•  Fund raising for the District Foundation and the Kiwanis International Children's Fund.

   Lunch.
 PM Convention reconvenes.

 EVE Fun dinner.  This was held at the Beach Terrace.  The dress theme for Saturday evening was "Oceania/Pacifica".  There was a show from divisions 7 and a Hawiian hula dance from Division 6. and a raffle for the District Foundation.
 
Program post-convention - Sunday, 9 September, 2018
 AM 2018/2019 district board meeting (for 2018/2019 district officers - observers welcome).
 AM Farewell picnic/brunch (separate ticket function). Held at the Warwick Hotel at the Beach Terrace.

Registration Fees :
The full registration fee for all Kiwanis members was NZ$ 350 or CFP 26,000 or Vatu 26,000.  Note that the full registration fee was for Kiwanis members only.  Partners and guests must book the individual events that they wish to attend. An 'early-bird' full registration (paid before 31 May, 2018) was available for NZ$ 330 or CFP 25,000 or Vatu 25,000.

The convention committee did an excellent job of organizing the convention and provided an entertaining and fun experience.
