This page contains information about our 2018 district convention which will be held on the 7th and 8th of September, 2018 in Port Vila, Vanuatu.

About the Venue and Accommodation :
The convention will be held at the Warwick - Le Lagon Resort Hotel, Elluk Road, Off Kumul Highway, Erakor Lagoon, Port Vila, Vanuatu.

Registration Fees :
The full registration fee for all Kiwanis members is NZ$ 350 or CFP 26,000 or Vatu 26,000.  Note that the full registration fee is for Kiwanis members only.  Partners and guests must book the individual events that they wish to attend.
Deadline for all registrations is 17 August, 2018 (registrations have to be received and paid for by this date for catering purposes).
Partial registrations are available for evening functions, the partners program and for business sessions only.  See the registration form for details.  Partial registrations use the same form as full registrations and must be received and paid for by the same deadline as full registrations.
Receipts will be issued once payment of the registration fee has been received.  If you have sent your registration but have not received your official receipt, please contact the convention secretary (details below) as something has gone wrong.
