evening functions were held at this venue.

The main convention business took place on the Friday afternoon and
Saturday. The Friday evening function was a formal diner held
at the Sudima Hotel. There was an informal fun event on Saturday
evening at the Sudima Hotel. The theme was "country and western".
A farewell brunch took place on Sunday morning at the Sudima.

The full registration fee for all Kiwanis members and guests was
NZ $ 395.
Partial registrations were available for non-Kiwanis partners or guests
who wish to attend only :
- Friday night formal dinner (includes meal).
Cost is NZ$90.00 per person.
- Saturday night social (includes
meal). Cost is NZ$90.00 per person.

The convention committee did an excellent job of
organizing the convention and provided an entertaining and fun experience.
